Who we are

What we collect
When you book a collection we collect your name, phone number, email address (if you give it), collection address, postcode or Eircode, nearest town, and a description of the items to be collected.
Why we use it
We use these details only to arrange and carry out your collection, to contact you about it, and to keep records for businesses that ask for a recycling certificate. We do not use them for marketing and we never sell them.
Who else sees it
Booking forms are processed by our website host, Netlify, delivered to our email inbox, and stored in our Google account (Google Sheets and Google Calendar) so we can plan collection routes. We do not share your details with anyone else unless the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep booking details for up to 12 months after your collection, then delete them. Business recycling records may be kept for longer where we need them for our own records.
Data on devices you give us
Please remove personal files from phones, computers and hard drives before handing them over where you can. Business clients can ask us to wipe or remove drives before recycling.
